By using RentAgent.homes you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The Service

RentAgent.homes is a rental discovery and application assistant. We help you find listings, book viewings, store application documents, and apply to homes. We are not a landlord, broker, or party to any lease agreement.

Subscriptions & Billing

The Free plan lets you browse and book a limited number of viewings.
Paid plans (Pro at $5/month, Max at $9/month) are billed monthly via Stripe.
You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate information in your profile and applications.
Only upload documents you have the right to share.
Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that you will be approved for any rental, that listings are available, or that viewings will be honored by landlords. Listing data may come from third parties and can change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentAgent.homes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
